Pakistani re-rollers further hike coil prices
A lack of raw materials amid dollar shortage-induced delays in opening letters of credit for imports has led Pakistan-based re-rollers to further hike their cold rolled and galvanized coil offers.
Mills have raised their CRC quotes by PKR 10,000/tonne ($43.19), effective 25 January. This follows the price increase of PKR 10,000/t on 16 January, Kallanish notes.
