Pacific Nickel Mines approaches Jejevo project takeover
Australian miner Pacific Nickel has completed an allocation of 13.80 million ordinary fully paid shares at a deemed issue price of AUD 0.08 ($0.054), Kallanish notes.
The share issuance is for the acquisition of an 85% interest in Sunshine Minerals, a private company incorporated in the Solomon Islands, which holds the Jejevo nickel project.
The allocation of shares was approved by existing shareholders at a general meeting held on 14 October 2020.
