Ovako to increase production by 10%
Ovako, a leading producer of engineering steel, has announced its intention to raise production capacity by 10% at its units thanks to the growing demand for its products, Kallanish understands from a company statement.
The increase in output will be done through the addition of shifts at steelmaking and rolling units; the company expects to hire some 80 new employees in the first and second quarters this year.
