Ovako generally reduces alloy surcharges for February
Swedish engineering steel specialist Ovako has reduced four of its six alloying element surcharges for hot rolled bar for February. The other two surcharges are respectively raised and remain unchanged. The company’s scrap surcharge for February has risen again for the third month in a row, Kallanish notes.
