Ovako balances hikes and falls in November surcharges
Sweden engineering steel specialist Ovako has reduced three and raised three of its six alloying element surcharges for hot rolled bar for November. That for vanadium surges again while the nickel surcharge falls again for the third month in a row. The company is retaining its October scrap surcharge for November, Kallanish notes.
