Ovako alloy/scrap surcharge movement varies for December
Swedish engineering steel specialist Ovako has reduced four of its six alloying element surcharges for hot rolled bar for December. The only two risers are nickel and chromium. The company’s scrap surcharge for December has surged however after having plummeted for the last two months, Kallanish notes.
