Outokumpu raises some/lowers some November US alloy surcharges
Stainless steel producer Outokumpu has lowered alloy surcharges for its more than half of its range of flat stainless steels for the US market for November, Kallanish notes. The surcharges apply from 1 November through 30 November, the company says.
