Outokumpu raises March alloy surcharges for austenitic stainless
Major stainless steel producer Outokumpu has raised alloy surcharges again for its austenitic range of flat stainless steels for Europe for March. Conversely, those for its ferritic flat products have continued to fall, Kallanish notes.
