Outokumpu raises European flats' alloy surcharges for May
Stainless steel producer Outokumpu has raised alloy surcharges month-on-month across its complete range of flat stainless steels for Europe for May 2019, Kallanish notes. The increase, for the third consecutive month, is much less dramatic than that seen for either March or April.
