Outokumpu majorly lowers August European flats' alloy surcharges
Major stainless steel producer Outokumpu has lowered alloy surcharges for its austenitic range of flat stainless steels for Europe for August, Kallanish notes. For its smaller range of ferritic products, some prices have increased and some have fallen.
