Outokumpu lowers US alloy surcharges for October
Stainless steel producer Outokumpu has lowered alloy surcharges across the board for its ranges of flat stainless steels for the US market for October, Kallanish notes. The surcharges apply from 1 October through 31 October, the company says.
All 61 grades of flat stainless products sold by the steelmaker have seen surcharges fall month-on-month in a range from -6.13%. to -10.82%.
