Outokumpu lowers European stainless alloy surcharges again
Major stainless steel producer Outokumpu has lowered alloy surcharges for both its austenitic and ferritic range of flat stainless steels for Europe for October, Kallanish notes. This follows a similar move for September when the majority of surcharges were reduced. For October all 27 listed grades have been decreased.
