Outokumpu lowers European alloy surcharges for November
Major stainless steel producer Outokumpu has lowered alloy surcharges for both its austenitic and ferritic range of flat stainless steels for Europe again for November, Kallanish notes. This follows a similar move for October when all its of surcharges were reduced. All 27 listed grades have been decreased for November.
