Outokumpu keeps graphite electrode surcharge level

Major stainless steelmaker Outokumpu has held its graphite electrode surcharge again for September, meaning that this has remained unmoved for over a year, Kallanish notes. The surcharge remains at €30/tonne ($35.15/t), a value it has held since the company first introduced the charge in September 2017.
