OMK’s domestic market railway shipments rebound in April
United Metallurgical Company (OMK) increased shipments by rail in April compared to the previous month, according to Russian Railways (RDZ) data. The volume amounted to 151,000 tonnes, which is 9% higher than in March, Kallanish notes.
For the first four months of 2024, OMK shipments totalled 504,700t, up 3% year-on-year.
The main consumers of OMK pipe products in the first quarter were Russian oil and gas enterprises such as Gazprom, Gazprom Neft, and Rosneft. …
