Offshore growing but still behind, Saudi promising: Tenaris
The number of new offshore oil & gas projects continues to grow, but they are still nowhere near the levels seen before oil prices plunged in 2014, according to Tenaris. The firm also says it is confident of meeting the needs of the Saudi Arabian market stemming from its Vision 2030 programme.
