NSSMC in talks to absorb Sanyo
Japan’s Nippon Steel and Sumitomo Metal Corporation (NSSMC) told Kallanish Thursday it is in talks to make Sanyo Special Steel into a subsidiary within the next twelve months. It added that it hopes to finalise a definitive agreement on a merger in August 2018.
