NSSMC merges sheet products subsidiaries in Thailand
Two consolidated subsidiaries of Nippon Steel & Sumitomo Metal Corporation (NSSMC) in Thailand have agreed to integrate in September of this year, the Japanese steelmaker tells Kallanish. The Siam United Steel (1995) Co., Ltd. (SUS) and Nippon Steel & Sumikin Galvanizing (Thailand) Co., Ltd. (NSGT) will unite to form the new company NS-Siam United Steel Co., Ltd. (NS-SUS).
