NSSMC mass produces small diameter wire rod
Japan’s Nippon Steel and Sumitomo Metal Corporation (NSSMC) says it has begun mass production of wire rod with diameters of 3.6-5mm at its Kamaishi works. The product allows for easier production of ultra-small diameter wires, Kallanish notes.
