NSSC’s December stainless steel offers diverge
Japan’s Nippon Steel Stainless Steel Corporation (NSSC) decided last week to adopt different price adjustments for different stainless steel products for December, as major raw materials prices showed different trends in the past month, Kallanish notes.
NSSC cut its 300 series offers by JPY 15,000/tonne ($104/t), the largest monthly decline since May this year.
