Northwest sheds Denver pipe plant
Vancouver, Washington-based tubulars producer Northwest Pipe Company has divested its Denver, Colorado, facility for $14.4 million.
The move reduces the company’s steel water pipe production capacity by about -20%, Kallanish notes.
