Northwest Pipe acquires concrete wastewater company Geneva
Vancouver, Washington-based Northwest Pipe Company has acquired concrete piping systems manufacturer Geneva Pipe Company, Kallanish learns from a company release.
Financial terms for the buy were not disclosed, but Northwest notes that Geneva generated revenues of about $43 million in 2019.
Northwest primarily produces large-diameter spiral-welded steel pipe for fluid transmission.
Geneva operates three manufacturing facilities in Utah.
