NMDC raises iron ore prices
NMDC has increased its iron ore prices for the domestic Indian market by INR 300/tonne ($4) effective 12 August, the Indian miner says.
The price for 65.5% Fe, 6-40mm lump ore has risen to INR 2,950/t ($39.4), while 64% Fe, 10mm fines are now priced at INR 2,660/t. The prices are on a delivered by truck basis and exclude royalty, DMF, NMET and other taxes, NMDC says.
