NMDC lowers domestic iron ore prices
Indian state-owned iron ore producer NMDC has lowered its domestic iron ore prices in mid-month in its latest price announcement. Prices for both lumps and fines had remained static since 25 May.
The price for 65% Fe 6-40mm lump ore falls to INR 2,900/ton [sic] ($40.57/ton), INR 200/ton lower than the previous list dated 3 August 2019. The price for 64% Fe 10mm fines also falls by INR 200/ton to INR 2,660/ton. The free on rail prices exclude royalties, taxe…
