Nissan vehicle output falls in January
Nissan Motors’ global output in January decreased year-on-year by -0.5% to 437,086 units, a source close to the Renault-Nissan joint venture confirms to Kallanish.
The carmaker’s Chinese output however increased 6.4% y-o-y to 106,784 units. Mexico registered a 3.2% on-year hike to 71,468 units, the company says in a note.
Japanese production fell by almost -22% y-o-y to 65,416 units, while production in the US was up y-o-y by 14% to 81,942 units.&…
