Nippon Steel to absorb subsidiary’s steel plant business
Japan’s Nippon Steel Corporation (NSC) and Nippon Steel Engineering (NSE), a wholly-owned subsidiary of NSC, on 3 August concluded a memorandum of understanding (MoU) regarding a company split between them.
