Nippon Steel reduces shareholding in Acerinox
Nippon Steel has reduced its participation in Acerinox by almost 50%. The Japanese company, which had a 15% stake in the steelmaker, says it is divesting 21.4 million shares valued at €231 million ($274m), equivalent to 7.9% of its shareholding.
