Nippon Steel merges coated sheet subsidiaries
Japan’s Nippon Steel has announced another merger as part of its restructuring of assets. The merger of Nippon Steel Coated Sheet Corporation (NISC) and Nippon Steel Nisshin A&C (NSNAC) will be focussed on construction steel coated flats, Kallanish notes.
