Nippon Steel leaves Acerinox board
Nippon Steel has exited Acerinox’s board after its two directors resigned. The Japanese firm says it no longer wants to play a role in the Spain-headquartered stainless steel producer’s management.
The decision will not change Nippon Steel’s participation in the Spanish company’s capital, Acerinox says in a stock exchange filing seen by Kallanish.
