Nippon Steel launches sales of corrosion-resistant 'ZEXEED' steel
Leading Japanese steelmaker Nippon Steel has launched sales of its new high-corrosion-resistant coated steel, “ZEXEED”.
The new product has twice the resistance in flat areas than conventional high-corrosion-resistant steel now in use, and about ten times higher than that of ordinary hot-dip galvanized steel, Nippon says in a note seen by Kallanish.
