Nippon integrates steel pipe subsidiary
Nippon Steel Corporation will merge its steel pipe subsidiary into its building materials subsidiary in October.
According to an announcement by building materials firm Nittetsu Kenzai, it will integrate Nittetsu Plated Steel Pipe as a wholly-owned subsidiary. This is in consideration of strengthening the competitiveness of the company, Kallanish learns.
