Nippon completes Tokyo Rope share purchase
Japanese steelmaker Nippon Steel has completed the tender to purchase common stock in wire maker Tokyo Rope, the steelmaker tells Kallanish.
On 21 January 2021, Nippon’s board of directors adopted a resolution to acquire the shares of common stock of Tokyo Rope.
