Deutsche Edelstahlwerke completes installation of new quenching line
Engineering steels specialist Deutsche Edelstahlwerke (DEW) has completed the installation of a new quenching line at its Witten location, carried out by SMS group.
The line at an existing blooming mill consists of a walking-beam furnace and a cooling section, and is one of DEW’s most significant and biggest investments of the last few years, Kallanish understands.
