New plant's pellet sales lift AMNS India profitability
AMNS India increased steel shipments 2% on-year in the first quarter to 1.73 million tonnes despite a 5% drop in crude steel production to 1.73mt. The firm underwent planned maintenance during the quarter, says majority joint venture partner ArcelorMittal.
