Europe HRC anti-dumping duties to reach 33%: reports
The European Commission will impose new antidumping duties on the imports of hot rolled coil from Russia, Ukraine, Brazil and Iran at a level of as high as 33%, according to press reports.
As reported, the European Commission started an investigation into the imports of HRC from five countries late last year. It is expected to announce definitive duties during the summer, while it has decided to eliminate Serbia from the on-going investigation.
