Beijing closes more steel capacity near to capital
Xinli Iron & Steel, a 3.5 million tonnes/year steelmaker in Hebei province's Bazhou Langfang city, officially closed down all capacity on the afternoon of 26 April. This was after Beijing announced in late 2016 that it was targeting all steelmaking capacity near to the capital.
