Mofcom: EU scapegoats China with HRC duties
China’s Ministry of Commerce (Mofcom) has accused the European Commission (EC) of scapegoating Chinese suppliers in its final countervailing duties ruling on hot rolled sheet.
On 9 June the EC announced 4.5%-38.6% import tariffs on China-origin HRC (see separate Kallanish story).
