MMK expects Russian demand recovery in second quarter
Russian steelmaker MMK expects to see some seasonal demand recovery in its domestic market in the current quarter, Kallanish notes. This will enable high capacity utilisation of its rolling mills and minimise any negative effect from the reconstruction of its rolling mill-2500, the company says.
