MMK reduces 2022 sales, overhauls curb first-quarter output
MMK will carry out overhauls of blast furnace and converter facilities at its flagship Russian Magnitogorsk site in the first quarter of 2023, which is thought to affect output volume.
But it expects steady domestic and neighbouring countries’ demand, combined with positive market price dynamics will offset the impact of output constraints stemming from the overhauls. The same factors are expected to offset higher input costs, the company says.
