Duties have mixed effects on EU imports
The effects of duties and on-going investigations on EU imports were mixed in the first quarter of 2017, Eurometal noted in a presentation at last week's Made in Steel conference in Milan.
Some imposed definitive duties have been very effective in curbing imports, such as the ones on CRC from Russia and China and rebar from Belarus, the European distributors' association says.
