Mitsubishi extends UAW contract, still hunting for buyer
The United Autoworkers and Mitsubishi have extended the union’s labour agreement to 1 October while the company seeks a buyer for its Normal, Illinois, factory, Kallanish learns from a UAW Local branch 2488 update.
The union has been working under the terms of its previous contract, which expired 28 August.
