Mineral Resources to buy Atlas Iron
Mineral Resources says it has entered into a binding deal to acquire marginal 10 million tonne/year iron ore miner Atlas Iron. It say it plans to boost its iron ore mining in order to lower costs for the combined operations and maximise the use of logistics facilities, Kallanish notes.
