Midrex Technologies has named KC Woody as its next ceo, while Will Dempsey has been appointed chief operating officer (coo) and Sean Boyle is promoted to vice president of commercial, understands Kallanish.

Stephen Montague served as ceo prior to Woody’s assignment. Montague will continue to serve on Midrex’s board of directors.

According to Midrex’s announcement, Woody joined the company in 2010 “and has held a variety of commercial roles. …Woody became coo in 2020, responsible for leading all the commercial and operations activities for the company, and in 2023, he was promoted to president of Midrex.”

Dempsey, who has been with Midrex for 13 years, most recently served as vice president of commercial. Boyle, who joined in 2013, has held technical and commercial roles within the business.
