Middle East infrastructure 'bears full impact' of cheap oil
Capital projects and infrastructure in the Middle East have been hampered by reduced government spending as a result of protracted, or “lower for longer”, oil prices, according to PricewaterhouseCoopers.
A survey recently conducted by PwC Middle East elicited responses from 130 owners and developers across the region in sectors including transport, cities and urban development, social infrastructure, mega events, and energy utilities and mining.
