Mexico’s rebar, wire rod production rise in March
Mexican rebar and wire rod output increased sequentially in March and was higher year-on-year, Kallanish notes.
According to local statistics institute Instituto Nacional de Estadística y Geografía's (Inegi) preliminary report, Mexico produced 278,449 tonnes of rebar in March, up 8.5% from February’s 256,565t and 94,000t more on-year.
