Mexico’s monthly iron ore output rises, pellet falls
Mexican iron ore output rose month-on-month in March, while pellet decreased, Kallanish notes.
According to data from local statistics provider Instituto Nacional de Estadística y Geografía (Inegi), the country produced 570,500 tonnes of iron ore during March. This was 162,173t more on-month but down 8.6% from the same period in 2023.
