Mexico’s March HRC output hits 10-year high

Mexican hot and cold rolled coil production gained both month-on-month and on-year in March, according to data from local statistics institute Instituto Nacional de Estadística y Geografía (Inegi) monitored by Kallanish. Mexico produced 340,755 tonnes of HRC during the month, up 15.9% over February and 130,490t more year-on-year. March’s volume was the highest evaluated by Inegi in the last 10 years.
