Mexico’s car production, sales rise in June
Mexican automotive output and domestic sales rose month-on-month in June, Kallanish notes. The country, however, saw exports decrease compared to May, according to the Asociación Mexicana de la Indústria Automotriz (Amia).
Automotive production continued to be affected by the lack of semiconductors on a global scale, a situation that is expected to improve in the second half of the year.
