Mexico`s vehicle output evaporates in April
Mexico`s automotive sector underperformed on-year in April as result of the Covid-19 outbreak and the consequent quarantine during which production was practically halted, Kallanish notes.
According to the Asociación Mexicana de la Indústria Automotriz (Amia), the sector produced only 3,722 vehicles in April compared to 300,106 units during the corresponding period in 2019.
