Mexico’s automotive sector recovers in March
Mexican automotive output increased in March, Kallanish notes. The sector’s performance, however, remained weak in the first quarter, impacted by global semiconductor shortages and stoppages at eight plants due to the interruption of the country’s electricity and gas supply chains in February.
